About Her
Who She Is
Mary Justus Mannabay is a grassroots leader, founder of the MannaBay Foundation, and a servant of the people of Bahati, Nakuru County. Her leadership is defined not by words, but by presence.
Guided by DCP's philosophy "Skiza Wakenya" (Listen to Kenyans), she believes every citizen of Bahati deserves to be heard, respected, and uplifted. She has already been doing the work before the ballot.
Through the MannaBay Foundation, she empowers youth through sports, education, music mentorship, and agricultural programmes.

Founded by Hon. Mary Justus Mannabay, the MannaBay Foundation exists to break the cycle of poverty and marginalisation facing Kenya's young men — through sport, education, music, and economic opportunity.
Every programme is designed with one belief at its core: that no child in Bahati should be left behind. From the football pitch to the classroom, from the farm to the recording studio — we meet young people where they are.

When a Kiamaina family in Bahati could not afford to retrieve their son's body from a Nyahururu mortuary after 94 days, Mary Justus Mannabay stepped in. She paid the KSh 80,000 mortuary bill, provided a coffin, hearse, and post-mortem fees, without being asked. This is what servant leadership looks like.
